Spiritual Counseling

Deborah Fitch, RScP, and Virginia Panek, RScP, have studied for over 4 years to complete the training to become licensed Practitioners for United Centers for Spiritual Living. Their training included two years of weekly intensives including meditation, prayer, reading, projects, and testing. Both Deborah and Virginia have passed the written and oral exams required to become licensed Practitioners.

United Centers for Spiritual Living follows the philosophy of Ernest Holmes. Ernest Holmes is considered a New Thought teacher. Religious Science is not in opposition to any religious belief or philosophy. Rather, it seeks to bring to light the thread of Truth that exists in all religions. (How to Speak Religious Science, p. 7) Religious Science recognizes that we are all led on our individual path, leading to the same end, and guided by our inner light.

Currently one of the most well-known followers of Ernest Holmes philosophy is Rev. Michael Beckwith, who is a featured speaker in The Secret and also a licensed Practitioner.

As Religious Science Practitioners, Deborah and Virginia are licensed by United Centers for Spiritual Living.  Spiritual counseling always includes scientific prayer or treatment. Scientific prayer, or treatment, is a prayer which affirmatively declares the good within the person while reaffirming their divine being. It is a form of prayer which follows an accepted format or steps, therefore, scientific procedure.
